Mailbox and Telephone Answering Service Charges

                        

  • All services are paid for online. We do not accept cash or bank transfers.
  • Near Barking station. Bus EL1 and EL2 stops outside. Free car parking on street.
  • Visit us once only if you take Mailbox Email or TA service or both.
  • No need to phone us. All services are clearly outlined below.
  • You decide what you want and pay for it here and we carry out your services.

DEPOSIT -  £60 FOR ALL SERVICES - This deposit is refunded on giving us one month written notice to terminate the contract.

Deposit refunded by bank transfer when contract ends and will not be used to pay monthly rental of service. The deposit will not be refunded in cash. Please pay here online for your service and then email your passport and utility bill. Once your service has been accepted, you wil be required to visit us within one week with the original documents so we can verify you are the person on the photo of the passport. After this you can receive your post and telephone calls. Please do not email your ID documents or visit us till you have paid for your service here.

PAY £60 DEPOSIT. THEN GO BACK TO SHOPPING CART AND PAY FOR EACH SERVICE YOU REQUIRE. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS YOU CAN GO TO CHECKOUT.

MAILBOX - Receive letters at our office and you pick them up during our office hours. £15 per month.

MAILBOX EMAIL - Receive letters at our office and we email them to you instantly. £30 per month.

TA 50 - Your clients call landline no and we take 50 telephone messages. We relay message to you instantly by text message to your mobile or email. Your calls are answered by our personal secretary in her name for example: "Tina speaking, How can I help you?" Customers think Tina is your personal secretary and they ask if you are there or they ask if this your company and we state Yes this is but you are out and I will give the message to you. £50 per month.

TA 100 - Same as above but 100 telephone messages accepted. £100 per month.

TA UNLIMITED - Same as above but unlimited telephone messages accepted. £200 per month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • TA Service - You can re-direct your calls to us when you either can't, or do not want to take your own calls.
  • We answer your call as if your receptionist is answering the phone for your business.
  • We take a message which is immediately dipatched via email or sms to your mobile or landline.
  • We only charge when a message is sent to you. We don't charge for sales calls, hang ups or wrong numbers.
  • All paperwork can be done by email. Minimum hassle given to clients. Full address given to registered mailbox owners only.
  • FREE parking on the street. Bus stop outside for Bus EL1 or EL2.
  • Application Form must be filled, signed, dated by you. No-one else can pick up your mail for security purposes.
  • Easy payment via website using credit or debit card.
  • 2 forms of ID required by Email, Post or In Person within 7 days to validate service: 
  • (1) Passport or Photo Driving Licence (clear photos) and
  • (2) Utility bill with your address: Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity, Bank Statement (posted versions).
  • Client must visit us within 1 week of taking service to ID the passport photo is same as the client.
  • If you forget to renew the service monthly you lose your Deposit. We allow you one week after expiry to renew it.
  • If you have not renewed it in that one week, we return all your letters to sender and close your account down.
  • For each Limited Company registered we need copy of your Certificate of Incorporation.
  • For each Non-Limited Company registered we require Company letterhead confirming trading address, details of sole trader /partners.
  • Deposits are refunded on giving one month written notice to terminate service.
  • Registered for Money Laundering Regulation (MLR) with HM Customs and Excise.
  • All information remains confidential except to Police, Trading Standards, HM Customs & Excise.
