  • You decide what you want and pay for it here and we carry out your services. Your service is set up immediately if you pay online.
  • You can pay using Mailbox Payment Form below if you prefer filling in your credit card details on the form and we will debit amount required.
  • All Charges for our Services are outlined below. Please read and decide on whichservice you require and then pay online.

DEPOSIT - £60 - One deposit whether you take one service or all three services- Mailbox, Mailbox Email and Telephone Answering service. This deposit is refunded on giving one month written notice to terminate contract. Deposit is refunded by cheque to your forwarding address when contract ends and will not be used to pay monthly rental of service. The deposit will not be refunded in cash. Please pay here online for your service and then email your passport and utility bill. Once your service has been accepted, you wil be required to visit us within one week with the original documents so we can verify you are the person on the photo of the passport. After this you can receive your post and telephone calls. Please do not email your ID documents or visit us. You must pay for your service first. MAILBOX - Receive letters at our office and you pick them up during our office hours.
MAILBOX EMAIL - Receive letters at our office and we email them to you instantly.

   My name is Tina K Sawhney and I am the Manager of Mailbox and Telephone Answering. Book your service with us as we are experienced in this field. We can give you the advice you need if you are starting up a new business or running an existing one. We provide Mailbox service where we receive your letters for you. We provide Mailbox Email service where we open your letters, scan and email them instantly. You cannot get your letters quicker than that. You will be required to scan your Passport and one Utility Bill once you have paid for your service. You must visit us once at the beginning before your service is launched as we need to see your original documents and ask you to sign the Mailbox Agreement in our presence. The charges include £60 refundable deposit plus cost of service. The £60 deposit is refunded to you when you give us one month notice to terminate the contract and we refund your deposit by cheque to your forwarding address. This is to make sure that you do not leave any unpaid bills at our address to avoid our address being blacklisted. Mailbox Payment Form

AFTER YOU HAVE PAID ONLINE WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING WITHIN 7 DAYS:

  • Email your (posted versions) Passport ID and One Utility Bill (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Bank statement).
  • Mailbox application form is emailed to you to fill in and sign.
  • Your service commences on the day you paid for your services.
  • Visit us after this so we can ID your 2 original Documents. We like to meet all our customers.

Do you need an office to receive your letters and telephone calls for your business for just £65 per month? We are virtual offices that manage your business for you. We work similarly to a call centre where all your calls and letters are received by us. You can register your company as a business address here. Mail forwarding is done by email, not post. You get a professional image to your company at a vey low cost. We have been running this service since 1991 for 21 years. Genuine new customers are welcome as well as our old ones who return from time to time due to their business. We will help you as best we can to make your business prosper by relaying all calls and letters to you immediately so you can deal with your customers straight away. Calls are transferred into text form to your mobile no so you can call back your customer when you are free. Or we can email the messages to you immediately.
